Starting this year (2023 August), the monthly flat payment will be due on the 1st of each month.

Fun Learning Music Theory Class
The Fun Learning Theory class will take place on Sunday, January 21, 2024, from 6 to 7 pm. This is a highly enjoyable class that you won’t want to miss.

National Federation Music Club:
All applications will be turn in by January 15, 2024. Currently we are in the final process of finalizing our both Require and Choice songs.ย
I will text you a screenshot of your child’s application after I register your child’s final pieces in January.ย
Federation date is March 23, 2024 in Peachtree City. Please make sure you don’t have any major event on the ย same day. ย If you have any scheduled event on the same day, please inform me right away. So that I can let NFMC teachers know. This way, they can schedule your child on the different time to avoid the time conflicts on March 23.
We will need to set both requirement and choice song by the end of December.

The annual studio recital is scheduled for May.
This is a studio-wide formal recital where students will perform assigned songs.
Students will be honored with certificates and prizes.
The recital fee is due from March 1 to March 15. Please register and pay the fee by March 15.

Make up & absent Termination policy
Studio Absence and Makeup Policy
For students who pay the discounted price, no free makeup lessons will be offered. Instead, we can conduct virtual lessons during the student’s assigned time slots, or you may choose to join the monthly theory class.
For students who pay the regular price, one free makeup lesson will be provided every quarter with at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled lesson time. Any notification with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be eligible for rescheduling a free makeup lesson.
Please refer to the studio policy below.
Termination Policy:
If you wish to terminate your lessons, please inform the teacher at least one month before your termination date. A short termination notice of less than one month may result in a charge to the student’s account balance.
