The due date for the monthly flat fee has changed for the new school year.

Starting this year (2023 August), the monthly flat payment will be due on the 1st of each month.

Please ensure payment is made no later than the 3rd of each month. Or a late fee will be apply if receive payment after 4th of each month.

3. Christmas Party at Your House:

If any of you are willing to host a Christmas party at your house for us, please inform Ms. Joy. This way, we can enjoy food and have fun together.

Purchase Christmas Books / LIBROS DE NAVIDAD

Due to gasoline and time expenses, Mrs. Joy will make one trip to purchase Christmas songbooks for your child without any extra charges to you. If you wish to buy the Christmas songbooks, please leave comments below by November 15. You only need to provide your and your child’s names; there’s no need to fill in your email or phone number. Alternatively, you can also purchase the Christmas books online. Feel free to ask Mrs. Joy for guidance on which book to buy for your child. If you choose not to buy a Christmas book, Mrs. Joy will provide you with the links for Christmas books. Your child can also practice Christmas songs on your iPad, tablet, or computer.

Fun Learning Music Theory Class

We will not be hosting the Fun Learning Theory class in November and December due to the holiday travel season.

The Fun Learning Theory class will be on Sunday, January 21, 2024 from 6 to 7 pm. Parents need to register for each theory class. This is a highly enjoyable class that you won’t want to miss.

The fun learning class is also an replacement class for absent.

What’s more, it’s completely “free.” Yes, you heard it right!

No organizaremos la clase de Teoría de Aprendizaje Divertido en noviembre y diciembre debido a la temporada de viajes de vacaciones.

La clase de Teoría de Aprendizaje Divertido será el domingo 21 de enero de 2024, de 6 a 7 pm. Los padres deben registrarse para cada clase teórica. Esta es una clase muy entretenida que no querrás perderte.

Winter is coming

Just a friendly reminder as the winter is approaching, I will begin to wear mask when the flu season begins.

Important: If your child is sick, please stay home and we can do virtual lessons via zoom, Skype or FaceTime.

Students and parents are not require to wear mask at this moment.

The piano keys will be sanitize and air purifier will be turn on all the time.

National Federation Music Club

National Federation Music Club:

All applications will be turn in by January 15, 2024. Currently we are in the final process of finalizing our both Require and Choice songs.

I will text you a screenshot of your child’s application after I register your child’s final pieces in January.

Federation date is March 23, 2024 in Peachtree City. Please make sure you don’t have any major event on the same day. If you have any scheduled event on the same day, please inform me right away. So that I can let NFMC teachers know. This way, they can schedule your child on the different time to avoid the time conflicts on March 23.

We will need to set both requirement and choice song by the end of December.

Make up & absent Termination policy

Studio Absence and Makeup Policy

For students who pay the discounted price, no free makeup lessons will be offered. Instead, we can conduct virtual lessons during the student’s assigned time slots, or you may choose to join the monthly theory class.

For students who pay the regular price, one free makeup lesson will be provided every quarter with at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled lesson time. Any notification with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be eligible for rescheduling a free makeup lesson.

Please refer to the studio policy below.

Termination Policy:

If you wish to terminate your lessons, please inform the teacher at least one month before your termination date. A short termination notice of less than one month may result in a charge to the student’s account balance.

工作室缺席和补课政策

对于支付折扣价格的学生，我们不提供免费的补课课程，我们可以在学生指定的时间段通過zoom, skype, FaceTime进行線上课程，或者您可以选择参加每月的理论课。

对于支付正常价格的学生，我们将每季度提供一次免费的补课课程，但必须在预定课程时间前至少提前48小时通知。任何不到48小时的通知将不符合重新安排免费的补课课程。

终止政策：
