The due date for the monthly flat fee has changed for the new school year.
Starting this year (2023 August), the monthly flat payment will be due on the 1st of each month.
Please ensure payment is made no later than the 3rd of each month. Or a late fee will be apply if receive payment after 4th of each month.

Fun Learning Music Theory Class
The Fun Learning Theory class will take place on Sunday, January 21, 2024, from 6 to 7 pm. This is a highly enjoyable class that you won’t want to miss.
The fun learning class also serves as a replacement for missed sessions. Parents must register their child if they want to participate. Please click on the ‘Fun Learning Music Class’ link below.
What’s more, it’s completely ‘free.’ Yes, you heard it right!

National Federation Music Club
National Federation Music Club:
All applications will be turn in by January 15, 2024. Currently we are in the final process of finalizing our both Require and Choice songs.
I will text you a screenshot of your child’s application after I register your child’s final pieces in January.
Federation date is March 23, 2024 in Peachtree City. Please make sure you don’t have any major event on the same day. If you have any scheduled event on the same day, please inform me right away. So that I can let NFMC teachers know. This way, they can schedule your child on the different time to avoid the time conflicts on March 23.
We will need to set both requirement and choice song by the end of December.

2024 Spring Recital
Studio Spring Recital
The annual studio recital is scheduled for May.
This is a studio-wide formal recital where students will perform assigned songs.
Students will be honored with certificates and prizes.
The recital fee is due from March 1 to March 15. Please register and pay the fee by March 15.

Times: 3:00 pm and 4:30 pm

Just a friendly reminder as the winter is approaching, I will begin to wear mask when the flu season begins.
Important: If your child is sick, please stay home and we can do virtual lessons via zoom, Skype or FaceTime.
Students and parents are not require to wear mask at this moment.
The piano keys will be sanitize and air purifier will be turn on all the time.

Make up & absent Termination policy
Studio Absence and Makeup Policy
For students who pay the discounted price, no free makeup lessons will be offered. Instead, we can conduct virtual lessons during the student’s assigned time slots, or you may choose to join the monthly theory class.
For students who pay the regular price, one free makeup lesson will be provided every quarter with at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled lesson time. Any notification with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be eligible for rescheduling a free makeup lesson.

Termination Policy:
If you wish to terminate your lessons, please inform the teacher at least one month before your termination date. A short termination notice of less than one month may result in a charge to the student’s account balance.

工作室缺席和补课政策
对于支付折扣价格的学生，我们不提供免费的补课课程，我们可以在学生指定的时间段通過zoom, skype, FaceTime进行線上课程，或者您可以选择参加每月的理论课。
对于支付正常价格的学生，我们将每季度提供一次免费的补课课程，但必须在预定课程时间前至少提前48小时通知。任何不到48小时的通知将不符合重新安排免费的补课课程。

终止政策：
如果您希望终止您的课程，请在终止日期前至少一个月通知老师。一个月内的短期通知可能会导致对学生账户余额的收费。
