If you want to participate

📅 Important Deadlines:
Recital Fee Due: No later than May 1st

⚠️ Please pay the no later than May 1st, after May 1st, it will be challenging to prepare your child’s awards and other recital materials.

📝 How to Enroll:
Please scroll down to fill out the ‘Spring Recital Participation Form’ and pay the recital fee using Zelle, Apple Pay, or cash. Kindly note that we do not accept Cash App or Venmo. Thank you!

💡 Payment Reminder:
When paying the recital fee, please separate it from the monthly tuition to avoid confusion.

Recital Fee (non refundable)

💰 Fee Structure:

  • $35 for one performer
  • $55 for two performers
  • $70 for three performers

The recital fee covers facility rental and other costs.

🔹 Payment is required upon signing up for the recital.
🔹 The recital fee is non-refundable.

📅 Important Deadlines:
Recital Fee Due: No later than April 30
Final Enrollment Deadline: April 30

Honor Recital

🎶 This recital is also an Honor Recital, where we will celebrate all 🏆 award winners from National Federation Music Club (NFMC). Additionally, we will recognize 🎖️ students' accomplishments.

📢 Consent for Using Your Child’s Learning Photos

When you enrolled in Joyful Sound, you provided consent for us to use your child’s photos for the following purposes:

🎹 Piano Journey Videos
🖥️ Ms. Joy dedicates hours to creating a personalized video for each student, showcasing their learning progress from day one. You can watch your child’s journey, share it with friends, or download it to your computer. [Example of a Piano Progress Video] (click)

🎼 Recital Programs
📸 For recitals, we create a digital program featuring your child’s photo along with their performed pieces. [Example from previous Spring Recital] (click)

🔒 Privacy Notice
All digital video websites containing your child’s photos are private. Only those with permission can access them.

If you have a conflict on May 18 and need a specific time slot, please text me when you sign up for the recital.

Stick to Your Assigned Time
Unless you have a conflict, please try to stick with your assigned recital time. I need to organize awards and certificates, and last-minute changes can be difficult and time-consuming.

For each recital, I will need a few volunteer helpers. If you’re available, please text me—I would really appreciate it! 😊

Volunteer Roles:
📸 Photo & Video Helper – Capture special moments.
💻 Slideshow Helper – Click through the presentation.
🎭 Setup Helper – Assist with pre-recital arrangements.
🧴 Sanitation Helper – Ensure performers sanitize their hands before playing.

Facility Use Waiver and Release of Liability Form

I understand and agree that, by using the facilities of Bread of Life Christian Church in Atlanta, I will comply with all church policies, safety regulations, and facility usage guidelines. I further acknowledge and agree that:

This event is independently organized and is not sponsored by, affiliated with, or staffed by the church.

The church is not responsible or liable for any accident, injury, illness, or loss or damage to personal property that may occur during use of the facility.

I accept full responsibility for all activities, participant supervision and safety, and all property related to this event.

I agree to reimburse the church for any damage to or loss of church property resulting from our use of the facilities.

The church reserves the right to immediately terminate the event if it is determined to be in violation of church values, ethical standards, facility policies, or if it presents a safety concern.

I hereby voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the church facilities. I agree to waive any and all claims of liability against the church, its pastors, elders, staff, volunteers, and representatives arising out of or related to this event. 


Please pay the recital fee as soon as possible (see above for the fee), and remember to keep it separate from your monthly flat fee. Thank you!
