๐Ÿ—“๏ธ The studio follows two different schedules throughout the year, and your lesson day and time may change between them:

  • ๐Ÿซ August to May: School-year schedule

  • ๐ŸŒž June and July: Summer schedule

I hope everyone had a wonderful summer and is ready for another great school year! Itโ€™s time to schedule our new 2026โ€“2027 school-year lesson schedule. Iโ€™m looking forward to seeing everyone again and continuing our musical journey together!

I would also like to let you know about a few changes to the studio lessons.

Starting in August 2026, the monthly studio fee will be $130 per month due to the rising costs of operating the studio.

As a friendly reminder, the monthly fee is always due on the 1st of each month, whether the month has four weeks or five weeks. The payment is not due on the first lesson of the month.

If payment is made after the 4th of the month, you may choose to pay by credit card with an additional $5 transaction fee, or you may pay the $40 late fee.

All other studio policies will remain the same.

Please complete the form as soon as possible if you wish to continue lessons for the new school year. Thank you so much for your continued support and understanding!

If you decide not to continue lessons because of the price increase, I completely understand and respect your decision. I am truly grateful for the time we have spent together and sincerely appreciate your support of my studio.

Please take a look at your school schedule and send Mrs. Joy all of your available days and times for piano lessons as soon as possible. Providing multiple options will help me arrange the best lesson time for your childโ€™s new school schedule.

โš ๏ธ Please keep in mind that there may be small schedule adjustments during the first month of school. If your child receives an updated school schedule in August, please notify me right away so I can work to avoid scheduling conflicts.

๐Ÿ’ก When planning your schedule, please also consider the following:

๐Ÿฅ For non-emergency doctorโ€™s appointments, many offices automatically schedule future visits on the same day and time. If possible, please request a different appointment time to help prevent ongoing conflicts with piano lessons.

โšฝ๐Ÿ€ If your child will participate in sports or extracurricular activities, please share the schedule with Mrs. Joy as soon as you have it. If the schedule has not been released yet, that is completely understandable โ€” simply let me know that lesson times may need to be adjusted later.

๐Ÿ•’ Lesson times are limited, and scheduling will be based on availability, flexibility, and timely communication. This is how I schedule the lesson time slots. I will give priority to students who have been taking lessons during the summer. Please select several available time slots in case your first choice is not available.
